I have 2 subscriber forms. 1 lightbox & 1 on a separate page. Under form submissions I now have 2 subscriber tables but only 1 works. fix ?

I’m very, very, VERY new to WIX and don’t know much about websites so if you could be very specific when you answer. Just so you know, I’ve been reading the tutorials and it will just say ‘go here’ & for the life of me I can’t find what I’m supposed to, which is why I’m asking you to be very specific please.

I have 2 subscriber forms set up on my site. 1 lightbox & 1 on a separate page. Under form submissions I now have 2 subscriber tables but only 1 works.
I’ve tested both subscriber forms, but only 1 form sends the info to the subscribers table below. The other form sends the subscribers info god knows where and I cannot find it? I can’t view the table in the subscribers 2 box.
First question - How do I get subscriber forms to go into the 1 list below?
Second question - where could the 2nd subscribers info possibly be?

Question 2 - Under content manager I have all these collections and don’t know what they relate to? I can’t delete them? Nothing seems to be in them and why do I have so many? I would like to just have 1 contact and 1 subscriber.
How to I do that?

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this. I’m sure it’s very simple, but not for me.

As for the Content Manager in your Dashboard, that is showing you all the datasets that you have added to your site as shown in the Site Structure.
