I know you can add a table to a page to display data but can you add a table to a user input form to collect data?

Creating an application form to foster or adopt a pet. One section is to be filled out asking info about current pets. Thought a table to capture this info would make sense but can’t figure out how it works. Is it like Access where you have two tables with a relationship?

The Wix Table element cannot be used as an input element. (It does not act like a spreadsheet to collect data.) It is only used to display data.
