For this you will have to set up a site automation. To set up a new automation:

  1. Click on the Create New Automation button.
  2. Select the site that you want to create the automation for.
  3. Then under Triggers, choose Wix Stores and select the Order Placed trigger.
  4. Then under Actions, choose Send an email and then design the email along with the relevant fields and enter the recipient details.
  5. Once that is done, click on Activate and test it out.
