Already done that and it is still not working
How about trying after duplicating the website, changing the name and slug.
As it says, if it is an issue on Wix’s end, then only Wix Support can help you out with this as they can see what’s causing this issue and offer a relevant solution.

Ok if anyone has premium wix, he/she should send to me… because i haven’t been able to purchase wix premium for the past 1 week and I’m being disconnected from my clients. I have tried every possible way to get it. but none is working.
