I’m new to using Editor X so maybe this is a silly question…

I’ve been using the free version to create my portfolio, and as I’m editing only some of the photos, at random, start to not load, like this:

This is the case when I preview or publish my website. But sometimes when I’m editing a page all the photos will show, but when I preview I see this.

Is this because I’m on the free version, or has anyone else come across this?

This does seem a little odd. I’d recommend reaching out to our support team for them to take a closer look into what’s happening.

Hi Noah - Thanks for responding!

It seems the only way I can reach out to them is through their Bot live chat, but it never resolves the query and I can’t seem to email their customer services.
