Question:
[Dear Wix-Team :slight_smile: with reference to the today’s image loading issue, I have the following question. Would it be possible if you implemented a small widget for websites, that shortly summarises any current technical issue? This way wix users can show to their clients, that they are not incompetent, but caring to solve technical issues and at least being aware of them.]

What are you trying to achieve:
[A technical issue like today can massively decrease the conversion rate for new visitors. Not only that. If a wix user invests money into lead-generation, this money is shoved into the oven, when a generated visitor finds the website without any images.]

What have you already tried:
[searching such a widget.]

Additional information:
[It would be good if such a widget had the option to be turnt on/off quickly or that manual technical issues from your status-list can be added, after automatic notification. Also the issue should of course vanish from the widget once it is solved. Also an assumed issue-solving date-time would be great to add for such a widget.]

@user1447 What an interesting idea! I definitely can see how that would help to quickly acknowledge if there were any current issues that are platform-related. I will pass this suggestion onto the team! Could you explain a little bit more about how you imagine this looking? Would it display on the main page of lives sites? Obviously the goal here is to not have those issues in the first place, but I do see where you’re coming from in wanting something like this widget.
