Hi, I noticed that the ‘onFulfillmentUpdated’ function doesn’t work if an order is marked sent manually with no tracking.
I was trying to create an automatic shipping confirmation e-mail if an order is marked sent manually. Shipping Confirmations are not automatic in Wix and are especially easy to forget to send out when using the Wix App. (I am using a custom fulfillment service as described in Wix Stores: Sending Orders by Email to Fulfillers | Help Center | Wix.com)
However, my plan didn’t work because ‘onFulfillmentUpdated’ is not triggered when an untracked order is marked sent. It does however work for tracked orders which seems inconsistent.
Looks like there is room for improvement there.
