Inbox - external email - Error

Good evening
Can anyone help me with the following problem?

I can’t get messages sent to “Inbox” to be forwarded to my business email even after registering it with MX (the external email is Zoho). The messages continue to be sent to my website owner email.

Has enough time passed since you made the changes? It can take up to 48 hours for these kinds of settings to take effect. Please note that this is not an issue specific to Wix; it’s a common occurrence. :smiley:

Thanks for the explanation and help. It hasn’t been 48 hours yet lol.

The Inbox refers to the internal application of the Wix website, which is linked to the contact form on my website. The application even “intuitively” shows the change to a professional email, but it always takes me to the option of buying a new email…

But anyway I’ll wait 48 hours to see if another option is presented.
