i would like to have the menu bar scroll but it’s refusing. Is there something I need to do?

Hey @jeffreygillespie18 , what exactly is the effect you are trying to achieve?
If its a horizontal scroll - you can set the menu parent container/section to Overflow=scroll (horizontal) and make the menu wider than the container it is in. (Currently there’s no out-of-the-box menu layout that scrolls).

How do I keep it on the top without disappearing
You need to set the header to Scroll=Fixed. This option can be available only if this header is the top section in all pages, even in the pages where you have other masters hidden, but originally set above this header. Try to ‘show’ all the masters in all the pages and make sure the header is always at the top, then hide the masters back from the pages they shouldn’t appear in.
