Issue to assign premium package to another website

I try to my premium membership to my another website. But assign menu in wix studio doesnt work. Could you please someone from technical tem can control codes?

Issue
popup screen doesnt response.
Reproduce issue
go to wix control panel
open premium membership page
click “assign to another website” in menu (three dots) on right side of your page.

Result
There is a popup on screeen but not response. See picture attached.

I’m not seeing a screenshot, so hard to tell what’s happening.

Worth noting you need to be the site owner, or have the relevant billing permissions to reassign a Premium plan
