Question:
I have site made in wix editor. It has premium plan “Core” for one year ahead. I’ve make new site with wix studio editor and want to transfer premium from one to another. I open my account → Billing&Subscriptions → Premium Subscriptions → open options near subscription → Assign to a site → chose site from list → have Error 500 " We’re Just Fixing A Few Things!"
It’s been 2 days. No changes
Help please
were you ever able to correct this? I am asking because I am about to do the same, i.e. 1) port subscription from current site to newly developed one and 2) point domain name to new site. Any issues or tips I should look out for?
