Hey wix community
I have a large database that was connected to my website and all of a sudden it’s not conected anymore.
As I was loading more into database I kept receiving request time out error.
not sure what to do from here.
My coder is saying it’s a wix issue and that everything checks out fine on our end

Your developer is correct, this is Wix issue, but most of the time, it’s temporary and is patched asap.
Please also note that this forum is for code related issues, and since your post does not have anything to do with code, it should be asked to Wix Customer Care , not here.
