I am using the custom sign up form for my site. It has worked perfectly for over a year. However, I have noticed that (particularly Google chrome users) get stuck in a never ending image captcha loop when trying the register. As soon as captcha is complete, it returns you to the beginning of the registration process.
Has anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas please? I’m missing out on customers by the hour!

I had this problem. I contacted Wix and asked them to remove the captcha completely as it caused more problems than it was worth.
I am still experiencing this problem when logging in through IOs App.

I also had that problem a year ago. The forever looping CAPTCHA often kept me from logging into my own site as administrator, and our site users could neither sign up nor log in as members. It’s a death sentence for a member-based site.
Spoke to Wix Support a few times but they just dismissed it as a Google issue. I have been able to log in since I had Wix manually turned off the CAPTCHA for my account, but I’ve never been able to get a solution for the standard Wix Sign Up & Login page in Editor.
Instead, I created a new form to build my own member sign up and login lightboxes.
Whatever code is causing the CAPTCHA to trigger even when turned off appears to be embedded in the Wix forms, including the standard Sign Up & Login Page. Creating a new page with a new form that has never had the CAPTCHA element selected seems to work.
