We added the Pricing Plan app and have set up our bronze, silver and gold plans to work solely with Manual Payments in Editor, but when a user selects a pricing plan there is no way to continue.
After pressing the “Gold plan” button for instance, the list of plans disappears and is replaced with a white checkout form. A pop up states “You can’t order this plan”. After closing the pop up, the plan’s checkout total is visible but the Payment & Buy Now button remain greyed out and there is no obvious way to complete the order or continue.
I realize with Manual payments the order must be manually marked as paid once the cash is received, but the checkout process ends with no record that a person has actually tried to order a plan.

And is there a way to edit the white Wix Plans checkout (it’s a page element, not a page) to link to or show users instructions for how to pay offline?
