Multiple bugs lately

Anyone else having major issues with edits? I have repeatedly made changes and saved, previewed, rechecked that it’s saved and working, then exited only to come back later and find:
-my edits not there or are messed up and now overlapping, changed in placement on the page, order and size
-edits made on smaller breakpoints have altered larger breakpoints even though I did not apply to all
-random changes on areas I did not edit

It’s incredibly frustrating, I can’t keep using this if I constantly have to go back in and spend hours fixing sections and pages on every breakpoint. What could I be missing that is causing this?

hello, @tracy
recently we got the situation with some breakpoints missing, which could affect you work
please take a look, if all breakpoints are in place for pages/sections
along with this, you can try restore the site version to the one you had previously at the November 29, 4 AM UTC, to see if the problem will be resolved
if it won’t be please send us the recording of the situation happening

Yeah, I have also been struggling with these kinda bugs. I’ve noticed that I can’t delete columns when setting up grids. And edits made to mobile breakpoints are affecting the desktop breakpoints. It’s super frustrating, not sure whats happened.

If you’re having issues with the grids, I would suggest reaching out. I’ve seen setting the sections as a master and then detaching from the master seems to help with grid issues but even if it fixes it, please reach out to the team.

As for the mobile breakpoint affecting the desktop, what changes were you making? Some changes on mobile can cascade up.

Thanks @Rob , the changes on my breakpoints relate to placing various elements in different positions on a grid from desktop to mobile. When I toggle back to desktop, the mobile changes have impacted desktop. This has happened more than once. Where do I reach out to get more assistance on these issues?

You can reach out to our team here and they can investigate if it’s an issue or what could be the cause.
