Multiple choice fields from form unavailable in automation emails

I have a couple forms with multiple choice fields (as well as other fields) that when submitted, an automated email is sent. Up until recently, the every inputted value from the form was showing in the automated emails. Now, for some reason the multiple choice values are not available. When I go into the email automation, I receive a message that the multiple choice field is missing or no longer available.

Wix is saving the input for the multiple choice fields, I’ve verified in CMS and the submissions. However I cannot get the multiple choice fields to show in the email. I’ve recreated the multiple choice field, deleting the automation and recreating it.

It does work if I use the repeated content, but then I can’t fully customize the email (i.e., organize the fields).

I’m unsure what is going on.

Currently, there is an issue with custom automation form submissions not displaying submitted content, including multiple choice field values, in automated emails. As a workaround, it’s recommended to use the default automations provided by Wix while this issue is being investigated.
