I am Co-Owner of Wix website and today in Contacts/My Segment “View Contacts” feature has stopped working. I have contacted Wix helpline and it is working their end.
As they suggested I have cleared Chrome Cache - twice. Tried Incognito window. Tried Edge. Tried Opera. Nothing works.
In my website construction efforts, is there something I may have inadvertently turned off.
Are you sure you are still co-owner and have the proper permissions set up to view that section?
Thanks for replying. Yes I am still the Co-Owner and this section was working for me during the past week. The ‘filter’ icon on the same line works as do the drop down menu on the right hand side so I can export the contacts, just can’t view them on screen. But they are viewable by Wix Customer Service. Changed my mouse, no difference.
Tried another phone call to Wix this morning but it was too long for me to wait.
