Page Functionality Stopped Working

I have a members only page which is essentially just 2 separate contact forms, each collapsed on load and expanded with the click on the applicable button. This site has run perfect since January, and there have been no changes to it for over a month.

For some reason, last week between 6-6:30 pm it stopped functioning. There were no changes made, nor had the Editor even been logged into. User can still access the page and see the initial content, but nothing is interactive anymore.

Since the page uses a fair amount of custom code, WIX support has sent me here in an attempt to solve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a very important page for our business. Thank you.

Is your site still broken? If so, you could open the browser diagnostics and see what errors are being thrown on the console. I’ve had Wix ‘support’ do the same to me when their developers have broken something, which has happened 3 times in the past 2 months. I’ve since googled wix support and found that it is consistently flamed as ‘worst ever’. I don’t know what recourse there is beyond finding a better platform and porting to it.

There are a number of developers on this forum that might have access to the Wix technical staff, hopefully one of them will chime in.
