I need an email for Wix Customer Service. I have been charged for a product I cancelled in April 2024. There is a conversation on my records where this has been cancelled.
I need an email as I am not at home (UK) and can not receive standard calls on my my mobile, only WhatsApp/ data. Despite saying this multiple times to Instant Chatbots/ customer service they are not reading it or giving me the information.
