I purchased the Light Wix plan but developed my website on a unpaid Wix location. How can I move my website from the unpaid location to my Paid location?

What exactly do you mean by location?
Do you mean to say account?
If you built a site on a different Wix account and bought a plan from a different account then first transfer the site to your other account, and after that transfer your plan to the newly transferred website.
If both your websites are already built using the same account, you can skip the first step.

Like I mentioned, you can transfer your premium plan the Black Stone Quality site to the Building Value Add site by following the steps listed in this article:
If you have content on the Black Stone Quality site, you can copy-paste it easily to the Building Value Add site.
