Question:
Is there a way to add additional email notifications to “nudge” Online Program participants to come back to continue/finish their Online Program?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to set automatic email notifications (or even inSite notifications) to trigger when an Online Program participant hasn’t been back to their course after a set amount of time. It’s a bit ridiculous that there’s no way to automatically nudge or remind your program participants to come back to the course if they haven’t completed it already.
What have you already tried:
I have tried…
(1) Using the “Notifications” options available within the Online Program settings, but those do not offer anything close to reminder emails:
(2) Creating a custom notification, but there’s no way to check if a participant has not yet completed a program (not even using the “conditions” available):
(3) Using velo to create a custom triggered email using the emailMember( ) function, BUT because we cannot access the Online Programs’ API, there’s no way to see if a member has completed a program or not.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there any way to contact the Online Programs team? I tried the Customer Service bot, but that didn’t lead me anywhere promising.
