Hi everyone, I’ve been madly searching for help on one of my wix websites and came across this forum. Can anyone tell me if there is a forum where I can go to for help about issues with my website? I’ve rang Wix telephone support and all I got was them telling me it’s interent error and yet it’s not an internet error. It’s happening error to friends across the other side of the world. I need help but can’t find anyone to turn to for guidance.

Is the problem happening to you, or just for friends on the other side of the globe? If only your friends are having the problem, then it sounds like an Internet problem.
What problem are you having? Post your site address so we can see for ourselves.
With that in mind… This forum is dedicated to Wix Code. For questions that are not related to code you can contact Wix support team . You’ll get better help for your problem there.

Thank you @Yisrael, my site address is www.teawithkarin.com I also have design and have no issues with the other website www.chloemiller.com i have addressed wix support and they keep blaming internet provider and internet provider blames wix. I’m caught in the crossfire and don’t know who to turn to, hence why I commented here. My friends also having issues with my site too and I’m wondering if it has to do with page redirects. as I am launching online classes where students can log in and the class pages aren’t visible on the website only under the member entry area only. It seems older software on older computers or tablets can’t even load my standard website anymmore so I don’t know what to do. I’ve paid a small fortune to Wix for video space and shopping cart and none of it works. 
I’m at a loss of what to do next.
I’m checking this with Wix Support. I see that you have no Wix Code on your site so this is really not relevant to this forum.
I should point out that “…older software on older computers…” might in fact be problematic. Some older web browsers don’t provide support for certain advanced features that are used in Wix web sites.

This appears to be a recent issue regarding the engine used in a number of common web browsers. The engine was changed and caused a number of unexpected problems (side effects). Most likely that’s the reason that support thought it was an Internet problem. Wix is aware of this issue and the engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible.

BTW - did you open a ticket with Wix support? If so, please let me know what the ticket # is. If not, you can open a ticket regarding this issue by sending an email to support@wix.com.
