HI,
Ive had this problem now for 2 weeks and trying to resolve it with Wix themselves but even they cant seem to understand whats happening.
I have a page called DietCreatorV3 and it basically allows me to create clients diets for them.
The issue is there are multiple drop downs on the page and intermittently they dont work. I have been using the page for 2 years with no issues and made no changes to the page yet 2 weeks ago it started to play up.
I dont want to touch the code or anything really as i know its not the issue.
I have had a call with Wix and even a shared screen session and i can see from Wix that the page works for them yet for me it doesnt and they can see that from my screen.
Its almost like there is an internet or issue my end im in the UAE and the Wix guy was in Ukraine.
The only issue he could see from the console was that his Wix version was a different one to mine. mine was using BOLT im not sure what his was. he requested for my site to be put to match his but i haven’t heard back.
Ive done all the usual tricks like cleared cache, gone to icognito mode and used different browsers nothing works.
Whats weird is that if i go to site history and click last restore point and goto preview site its absolutely perfect, if i publish it it stops working.
Another weird one is if i connect to VPN to Hong Kong then it worked fine… that was for a day and now its not working again.
Very strange and i dont know what to do about it to be honest.
Just thought id post here to see if anyone had any clues.
