PLEASE HELP My wix account has been hacked for days, NO RESPONSE FROM WIX

My wix account and domain that we’ve acquired through wix has been hacked. I run a non profit theater. Our webpage was www.burbagetheatre.org.

The homepage now has a ransom note on it and we’ve been locked out of our account. Our account’s email was no longer recognized by Wix.

We’ve submitted three tickets, it’s been days and we’ve heard nothing from wix.
Please help! A lot of our business is done through our website.

I can prove ownership of the site with billing info for the domain and premium account. Please help!

All you can do is wait for Wix Support to assist you.

You will need to prove ownership of your domain or otherwise. Then Wix can transfer the site to your Wix account.

I recommend turning on 2 step verification for any and all accounts, including your Wix account and email address. If someone was able to guess/access your account that easily, most likely they will do that to more of your accounts.
