Remove www. on Subdomains

When we connect a subdomain to a website Wix adds www. in front of the subdomain automatically and there is not even a single website in the world using www with a subdomain because technically www is already a subdomain that redirects to main domain.

So in the end it looks like that:

www.blog.domain.com (example)

It MUST look like that:

blog.domain.com

or a real example:

support.wix.com

So please Wix fix this and remove this www. from subdomains. It’s also bad for branding.

They were working on this but no result so far. This weird “feature” exist for years for no reason tho…

Wanted to update that this is resolved a while ago and www. removed from subdomains.
