Now I want to remove it and I followed the steps provided by Wix, but I can’t find the said Lightbox where it should be. I don’t know what to do?
Does Wix have a chat line or phone line that can walk me step by step?

That’s a bit strange. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be a problem related to Wix Code. I suggest you contact Wix Support . They will be able to help you.
