Move a Wix Studio site from a backup folder to the main Sites folder.

I have a Wix Studio site in a backup folder.
(It was a duplicate of a live site before I messed up the live site.)
How can I move this backup file from the Backup folder to the main folder, so I can make it live?

This did not do what I needed.
This site could not be restored to the main Sites folder
I think the problem may be that yy backup strategy was to duplicate the site I was working on, then move the duplicate to a backup folder.
My duplicate sites were never in the main Sites folder long enough to register as being a resident.
So, although I am offered versions, when restored they are restored to the Backup folder.
