Well done Ian. The first is the hardest. You have covered off on all things I can think of for a financial adviser. I like the testimonial on the home page and the white contrast background. Now its a personal preference regarding the bronze colour but it does wash out against some backgrounds. ie lighter ones. I would be looking to darken it in some way. Does this colour feature in their other comms material?
I like the way the site moves, keeps me a little more curious. It is well organized and intuitive. Blue is the color of trust and gold is the color of money.
Your client should be really happy.
Looks nice. Good work. On the mobile when I viewed the desktop version I noticed that the text goes off the screen. You may check that.

Some thoughts:
- Make the Phone number in the header clickable (better for SEO, etc.)
- Create a dedicated page for the testimonials (also improves SEO)
