Scroll is stuck

Hello, I recently moved to Editor X after 6 years on Wix, and I’m designing this website: https://kislevido.editorx.io/shorashim. Right after you past the blue square on the side, the scroll of the page is stuck and it seems like it scrolls something else.

Btw it happened before on the headline, but it was solved once I disabled the grid there. However, i disabled it here too, but it hasn’t changed. Any ideas?

the reason for this behavior is the sticky position of this container, you can set it to default in the inspector panel, this article contains more information about scroll effects
