Send dynamic form to different emails

Let’s say I do what it says in this link.

I can see which team members’ contact form had a submission on a dynamic page. When the user clicks submit on the form it needs to be sent to the team member that is assigned to that form.

How can I do this?

The solution that I found was to use triggered emails.
