Stumped and looking for help. Trying to fix my search bar by adding in “Focus Keywords” since the search refuses to return search results from Meta Data.
I open my settings for products which gives me 344 products. Unfortunately, only 70 or so are listed in the menu. If I use the filters to try narrow results / get items I haven’t changed yet, I get zero. Apparently it’s only filtering the items in the current page. There is no “go to next page / see page/ see more results” to be able to edit the other 270 or so items.
Has anyone seen this before?
Just so I understand correctly, you want to filter the SEO Settings table shown in the screenshot for the items you haven’t add a focus keyword for - but it’s only filtering the page you’re on, and not all?
When you say search, is this the live site search?
As far as I know, the focus keyword doesn’t affect anything beyond helping you setup your SEO. By adding the focus keyword, it will better support in ensuring you have the correct keywords etc in the page itself to rank better for those terms

Correct. The page states I have 344 items, but can only see 70 or so of them (I didn’t count). There is not an option to go to the next page or see any more of them items. When I filter the results, it only returns results for the items listed in the already displayed page.

Yes, live site search. Currently, the search bar is not returning a majority of my items when the search is used. Through some research, people have suggested populating the meta data through SEO to have the search bar actually find it. All of my store items have descriptions and their names in the description.
When I added the FOCUS KEYWORD to all the items listed in the photo above, the search was able to find them. This is why I need to be able to edit the remaining 270 some items - so the search works
I was banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why my custom product SEO patterns weren’t reflecting correctly in the SERP. Seeing the settings laid out like this makes way more sense. It’s definitely one of those ‘set it once and forget it’ things that’s easy to overlook.
