SMS Channel completely broken

I’m having trouble with
Getting in contact with any support as I cannot message clients back via SMS when everything has been fine. It says invalid now as well. Acts as if I need to update the contact information when I was texting the client just fine.

It’s internal backend issues I cannot fix

What I’m trying to do
Running my business and speaking to my clients in a reasonable amount of time I can’t event respond right now horrible for business and no one from Wix is answering

What I’ve tried so far
I’ve tried everything and have been trying to talk to someone for days. It fixed itself midday yesterday then relocked again at 5pm even though I have the smart chat set to manual.
