Submissions table

I am using a Wix template and I’m trying to create a submissions table to capture my form data but when I follow the steps to ‘Create Submissions Table’ that option is not available to me. I have a paid account with Wix so I would have expected to be able to gather my contacts in a data table. See the image for what I see when I follow the instructions, as you can see there is no link ‘Create Submissions Table’.
I would really appreciate some help!

I have the same problem. Tried the article that you have posted. in place of “Create Submission Table” it shows “View Submission Table”. When I click on it, it says that you need to create the submission table. Please help!!
