Submitting App to Apple

I have submitted my app for approval twice. Both twice they cleared WIX. However, it has been denied twice by Apple. The first time was a simple fix. This time, I have no idea what they are talking about. Can anyone explain to me what they are talking about? See below:

Guideline 2.3.3 - Performance - Accurate Metadata

2.3.3 Screenshots should show the app in use, and not merely the title art, login page, or splash screen. They may also include text and image overlays (e.g. to demonstrate input mechanisms, such as an animated touch point or Apple Pencil) and show extended functionality on device, such as Touch Bar.

Issue Description

Some or all of the provided screenshots do not sufficiently show the app in use. Screenshots should highlight the app’s core concept to help users understand the app’s functionality and value.

Follow these requirements when adding or updating screenshots:

  • Marketing or promotional materials that do not reflect the UI of the app are not appropriate for screenshots.

  • The majority of the screenshots should highlight the app’s main features and functionality.

  • Confirm that the app looks and behaves identically in all languages and on all supported devices.

  • Make sure that the screenshots show the app in use on the correct device, unless they are included to demonstrate that the app can be used on multiple Apple platforms. For example, iPhone screenshots should be taken on iPhone, not on iPad.

Next Steps

The screenshots do not show the current version of the app in use. Upload new screenshots that accurately reflect the app in use on each of the supported devices.

So what do your screenshots show?.

I have an app on Apple that is a radio stream app.

It shows images of what the play screen looks like, what the schedule page looks like, what the block page looks like and what the chat page looks like.
All of them show the app running and the image content shows what I use is seeing and doing in the app.

They are not expecting you to do the type of layout I have done here but you need to show some detail of the apps usage.

I didn’t even know that I could do that. I used the branded wix app to submit. Where do I upload screenshots of my app? I am not an app designer, so I am learning my way through this. Thanks

What do you mean branded wix app ?.
I am assuming you built an app with Xcode, and used a WKWebview to load some wix page as you app.
