I’m having problems with the table reservation tool. After entering the reservation information, the form is submitted, but then it redirects back to the first page. The customer doesn’t land on the confirmation page. This is leading to several double bookings and phone calls. I urgently need support.
Can you share a link to the site? Do you know if your site is running any code?
In the meantime, I also received feedback from Wix (last Friday):
I looked into your issue and, after testing, confirmed that the confirmation page isn’t loading as described. I’ve forwarded both your issues—the confirmation page and the button—to our technical department so we can investigate thoroughly.
