I am trying to create a store that allows items to be rented but people to rent would have to pay a fee plus a deposit. This deposit would only be charged if the item was in poor condition. There are something like this in the wix?

This is something that is manageable to do with code I believe.
You would, however, need to set up your own flow (instead of using a default one that Wix offers).

You might need to do everything from scratch though since Wix elements and components (like Wix Stores, Wix Bookings etc) are proprietary, thus the only control you have over them is what they give you.
You could create your own alternative and then you would have the ability to customize more features.
This means coding all the functionality yourself instead of using Wix Bookings or Wix Stores etc.
