What are you trying to achieve:

  1. I have two menus at my website. Horizontal main menu at the top of the page and a vertical in page menu. Need to add many items to this vertical menu. Is there a way to make this menu in two or three columns to make the design better?
    I don’t like the vertical menu being to long. Or if it’s possible to have a third menu? (could split the number the itens between menu 2 and 3) .

  1. You can pin a box to the screen and add buttons. Link buttons to your anchors or sections.

  2. There is no way to override this. Mobile does not support pinned items. Just imagine 3 columns pinned on mobile, that would take up the majority of the mobile screen making the mobile not user friendly.
