Unable To Delete Unwanted Obsolete Wix Form Collection

Please help ! I have created a new Wix Form but Wix has created two form collections. I also have other form collections with no associated Wix forms. The delete collection option is not available for the unwanted collections so how can I delete them even though there is no associated Wix form ? It just makes a mess of my CMS. Seems to be a glitch in WIX so maybe somebody knows a workaround to solve this.

What are you trying to achieve:
A website with a clean CMS and no obsolete collections.

the only way i foundd was not to complete the setup of wix form&payment app
it is a total mess app

Same here. It says when deleting form, data remains, but what if I want to get rid of the data?

I spoke to Wix Tech Support and they are aware of this but seems there is no solution yet so I gave up with Wix forms ( I had other issues too ) and got the result I wanted with a normal Wix page + Javascript.

Wix, Please, please, PLEASE fix the issue with deleting forms leaving collections behind. Your instructions to right click on the form and select delete does NOT remove the associated collection.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to test any form ideas without new collections that will NEVER be used being left behind.

I understand not deleting data, but these are EMPTY collections that were tied to forms that no longer exist.

That this issue still exists with zero update or explanation is maddening.

Try this,

Rather than delete the form element physically off the Page ,

If you go to your dashboard > Customer & Leads > Forms & Subscriptions.

Click the the more button '…’ on the form you want to delete.

Delete.

Go back to the CMS and the cms should be gone. ( it was in my test )

I do suspect it along with the form can be restored after 180 and therefore will be in the deleted section for that length of time.
