Unable to Set Different URL Slugs for Each Language in Wix Multilingual

Hi,

I’m currently using Wix Multilingual with subfolder URL structure (e.g., /en/, /de/, /nl/).
The issue I’m facing is that I cannot set different URL slugs for each language.

Example of what I want:

  • Dutch: /ozonwatermachine

  • English: /ozone-water-machine

  • German: /ozonwasser-maschine

At the moment, when I change the slug in one language, it automatically updates in all languages. This makes it impossible to have SEO-friendly, localized URLs for each market.

I have already:

  • Checked the Multilingual settings.

  • Looked for an option to “disable same URL for all languages” but couldn’t find it.

  • Tried creating redirects, but this is not ideal for SEO.

For multilingual SEO best practices, it’s important to have localized slugs.
Is there any way in Wix Multilingual to have different slugs per language while keeping the language switcher working?
