Hi everyone,
I’m seeking urgent advice or support regarding an ongoing issue with my domain timbertale.in, which I purchased via Wix.
The domain has been placed under a “serverHold” status by NIXI, and as a result, my website is not live. I’ve followed Wix Support’s instructions by updating the contact details and reaching out to NIXI multiple times — but I haven’t received any response from them.
Wix Support has told me that this is outside their control since the hold is placed by NIXI. However, I purchased the domain from Wix, and I feel Wix should take some responsibility or at least help escalate the issue with NIXI, especially since I’ve hit a dead end.
This situation is directly affecting my business, and the delay is extremely frustrating. Has anyone faced a similar issue with .in domains or serverHold statuses? Did Wix or anyone else help get it resolved?
