User Data from Input Form does not come to Data Base

There is a message on “preview” page:
Wix code SDK error: The value parameter of item at index 1 that is passed to the options method cannot be set to the value . It must be of type string.

What does it mean?

It seems like every time you are using the “selection” user input you enable the “connect dropdown list items” - which sets the options for the selection from the database you define . I believe you should disable the “connect dropdown list items” option.

I did it. But it is not helpful. The entered data goes to the data base if I test it in a “Preview” mode. But data does not go to DB if I put the data into the published site form.
May the problem be connected with the copied page? I copied page, changed and connected with different DB.
I will try to create the Input form from “0” and see.
