Question:
I want a link for my home page menu blog button whereby the user lands on the “ALL BLOG.”

What are you trying to achieve:
I am using the Wix Blog app. I have added a “Link” to the main menu which I have renamed to “Blog” to take my visitors to the Blog page. What I want is for them to land on the “ALL BLOGS” page, not a specific blog. The current default link - “your-domain.com/post/” takes me to a “Page not found.” I can go to the blog links as displayed in the attached image but I want the user to land on “All blogs” as indicated in the image. I’ve wasted almost half a day on getting the blog to appear in the menu. This is what is semi functional solution as of now. Thank you!
If you want to add it to the main menu then select the menu - manage menu - add item. select Dynamic and App pages - choose blog
Hello Dan… thank you for responding. But this is where my original issue came up which is why I used the “Link” method as this is the only way I can at least get the blog in my menu. I have added an additional category besides the default one, have a blog in place but, when I try to deploy the “Dynamic and App Pages” method as you have also mentioned, the Category section is greyed out. Whatever combination of blog app install, blog creation and categories addition I try in terms of deletions and sequencing including blog app reinstall, I just cannot get the categories dropdown to be populated. I am attaching a reference image for your perusal. Thank you!
you may need to publish the site for it to appear. I’ve had that issue before.
Hello Dan! By publish, do you mean just hit the publish button on the top right or actually connect to the domain and publish? I have not connected my domain yet as I am still preparing the website. Thank you again…
just publish to a free domain.
