I want users to read and agree to our waiver before submitting their video through our “Video Form Submission.”
Since the waiver is lengthy and consists of multiple paragraphs, the best approach is to require users to scroll to the bottom before they can click “Accept.” This ensures they have at least viewed the entire waiver before proceeding.
This method helps confirm that users have acknowledged the waiver before submitting their video.
I would suggest that you break the form up in to sections. After each section add a check box that says something like “I agree to the contents of this section.” Make the field mandatory. (See attached screenshot.) If it is a long form, break it up into pages for ease of use. Finally, if you are using the new Wix forms, a pdf of the submission is not automatically created for you or your clients. We created a pdf version of the content of the form and linked to it directly from the form so foIks could download the agreement for their records. I recently did this for a client and it works well. I hope it works for you.
