Yes! A new contributor role was just created - https://www.wix.com/experts/home/forum/product-betas/beta-opened-new-contributor-role-website-manager 
OH… OK… I did not realise this allowed for Video Library access over an admin role !!!
You think you could get it enabled for publishing admins?

If you assume contributor admin with publishing rights is the highest apart from owner you would assume it would have video library’s access now?
@sheyla We note that Website Managers can only access the “VIDEO” tab in the dashboard (to add videos and channels, etc) BUT - They can’t then choose which channels or video the WIX VIDEO element will show on the page?
I assume this will be fixed quite quickly as obviously a website manager would want to choose what the element (app) on the page shows.

Great news - We note right now that admin contributors are locked out of WIX VIDEO all together althought Website Managers can use the VIDEO tab in the dashboard to add video and create channels, etc. BUT NOT configure WIX VIDEO elements in the editor?
Could you get that fixed first at all as being able to configure the WIX VIDEO elements in the editors is the thing we really need? Thanks… G

Has website Manager been taken off to have access to the WIX Video Dashboard? Is this a bug?
