VPN issues with Forms

It seems the Forms on my site don’t work whenever a VPN is enabled. I have tested multiple forms and multiple browsers, with and without VPN. The VPN being enabled is the issue each time.

I enter details into the form and hit “submit”. The submission appears to go through successfully, but it will never show up in my Dashboard.

I’ve already reached out to support, but I’d be curious to hear about other experiences or if anyone has ideas about how to solve the issue.

Have you ever found a solution? I have the exact same issue. A client with a VPN enabled is unable to sign up or use a form.

Nope, no solutions, unfortunately. However, the specific VPN that was not working was Proton VPN. I had a friend with Nord VPN test it, and it seems to work with Nord. I’m not sure of any other details beyond that.
