So with the rest of the English-speaking world moving to the new lead system, i like others, had to adapt my CRM workflow to ensure my team was able to stay up to date with new projects. My team works heavily with Trello to manage many aspects of the company, CRM is just one of them. When the WIX update happened over the weekend we quickly found a workaround using WebHooks and Zapier to quickly create, move and update Trello cards.
This leads me to my point, as of approx 9 am EST today WebHooks has vanished from the partner automation system. I have contacted customer support, my partner rep, and a few other contacts about this with little to no response or explanation.
I am just curious if anyone on here was also affected or if anyone had any other knowledge of a return date?
I think if they were able to intigrate the leads system into our own comapny website would sold a ton of these issues, or at least give us the abuility to forward the lead information to our personal sites.
Yeah i had a mad scrample to make it happen. It was a 24 hour crash course on webhooks to make everything talk lol We were in the process of sending everything over to Planner but we put a pause to so we werent trying to manage to many problems at once.
Were you able to figure out a solution? We’ve been using webhooks to send the leads to our CRM, which was working well for a few weeks, but this past weekend we started getting blank hooks…
