Issues with CRM?

Hi all! Is anyone having this issue with the Partner dashboard CRM? I receive leads in the CRM and respond there. However, when a potential client responds to me, their message shows up in my EMAIL, not the CRM. If I want to respond, I need to either do it from my email or send a random message in the CRM. I can’t see the whole thread in the CRM. I’ve reached out to Support a number of times over the last few months and no resolution. Anyone else?

Experiencing similar frustrations with the Partner dashboard CRM? I’ve been encountering a similar hiccup where responses from potential clients end up in my email instead of the CRM, making it a bit of a juggle to keep track of conversations. Support hasn’t been able to resolve it for me either, despite several attempts. Wondering if anyone else using sugar CRM has found a workaround?
