I used to have a dedicated Success Manager as part of the Wix Partner program. She hasn’t responded to my email in several days. I found out she recently left Wix via LinkedIn. There is no option in the Help section for me to reach out to someone new. Is this feature still something available to Wix Partners? Please advise—I have an issue I’d like to run by someone. Thank you!
I have been wondering the same thing. Now, I am just lost in an endless loop with a chat bot who is constantly stuck trying to “find the information”. This is so disappointing. All of the content around partner support makes it sounds like we get to actually chat with a person like the good old days but it is just a bait and swithc.
Wix, please fix this. We need support. And, I do find it somewhat ironic that this original post from September has not had any response from Wix.

Thanks for sharing your feedback I want to clarify that the forum is primarily focused on community support, and we aim to assist and engage, although some conversations might get missed depending on availability of the team etc.
Regarding Success Managers, they’re still available for Partners who are eligible. If you no longer have an assigned Success Manager, I recommend reaching out to Customer Care who are best equipped to assist here.
I’ve heard that replying to the bot with something like “Speak to Customer Care” can speed things along - that being said, it aims to guide you to the best representative through the questions, and will offer articles etc for those that might not have seen them yet
