Why did you remove the dedicated Wix reps for Partners? The support I received through my account manager was awesome, but frankly the quality of tech support and service has gone far downhill lately.

We currently support all eligible Icon partners through our Success team (available on your Studio Workspace). As our team is constantly evolving, we will be rolling out additional services with some exciting new opportunities for managed partners very soon.
