Question:
If I take a booking over the phone it doesn’t follow the same process flow as if the person was booking online. It seems to bypass the booking form and then arrives at a total for the full amount instead of asking for the deposit that is set up in the service

What are you trying to achieve:
Some customers call me instead of going online to book their own service. When they do so I want to be able to reserve their appointment with a deposit
What have you already tried:
I’ve tried by making a manual sales order but again it will book their appt without asking for the booking form to be completed. I’ve also tried by adding the appointment to my calendar. Neither seems to trigger the booking form and deposit
